Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Solution Consulting to drive adoption of Veeva Data Cloud and to lead pre-sales engagements that showcase Compass data products such as Patient, Pathway, and Data Connector.

The role blends deep technical data expertise with a consultative, client-facing approach. In this hybrid position, you will educate customers, design data assessments, and guide demonstrations that map to the customer’s commercial use cases, while contributing to the

Qualifications

• 12+ years of healthcare data and/or analytics experience.
• Experience working with commercial teams in life sciences and managing client engagements.
• Demonstrated ability to engage all levels of client organizations.
• Ability to travel for customer meetings and internal events, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to expert on Veeva Compass and its data products, articulating value and addressing questions.
• Design and deliver custom data assessments and product demonstrations for key use cases.
• Contribute to pre-sales framework, processes, methodologies, and templates.
• Manage multiple analytics projects with on-time delivery and guide team priorities.
• Provide thought leadership to shape market narratives and inform the Compass roadmap.
• Gather market feedback and contribute to new business development and RFP responses.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key accounts.
