The Manager of Solution Consulting role centers on pre-sales for Veeva Data Cloud, driving adoption of Compass and HCP Access, and guiding customers through data assessments and demonstrations to unlock value and revenue growth.

Hybrid role requiring deep technical data knowledge, consultative selling, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to influence product roadmap and future features.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of healthcare data and/or analytics experience, with oncology and rare disease knowledge.
• Experience collaborating with commercial teams in life sciences and managing client engagements.
• Ability to engage all levels of client organizations effectively.
• Proficiency in analyzing pharmaceutical data sets and SQL.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for project management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as go-to expert on Veeva Compass and HCP Access with focus on APLD data products.
• Design and deliver custom data assessments and product demonstrations.
• Contribute to standardized pre-sales framework, processes, and templates.
• Manage multiple analytics projects ensuring on-time delivery.
• Shape market narrative and educate industry on product methodologies.
