Veeva Systems is a leader in life sciences cloud solutions and seeks a Senior Director of Solution Consulting to drive the adoption and growth of Veeva Data Cloud through strategic pre-sales engagements. The role blends deep data expertise with a consultative, client-facing approach across high-impact accounts.

You will educate customers, demonstrate product value, and guide data assessments while collaborating with product, sales, and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of healthcare data and/or analytics experience.
• Experience with commercial teams in life sciences and managing client engagements.
• Ability to engage all levels of client organizations.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical data products and vendor ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as go-to expert on Veeva Compass and APLD data products.
• Design and deliver custom data assessments and product demonstrations.
• Contribute to the pre-sales framework and standardized processes.
• Manage multiple analytics projects and mentor team members.
• Shape market narrative and influence product roadmap through customer feedback.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and drive pre-sales engagements.
