Job summary

Deciml is seeking a high-impact Solutions Architect focused on pre-sales leadership across our fintech enterprise accounts in the United States. You will own a growing book of complex opportunities from initial engagement through deployment, renewal, and expansion.

You will sit with customers’ integration teams, advocate for the SA function, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to shape go-to-market initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading pre-sales teams with coaching and retention.
• 5+ years in technical sales, consulting, or GTM roles.
• Proven success building Solutions Architecture or Sales Engineering teams.
• Strong hands-on API experience and enterprise selling.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close complex opportunities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understand each customer's product, business, and compliance roadmap to find acceleration opportunities.
• Over time, hire and develop 1-2 SA team members and champion the SA function.
• Recommend and develop systems and metrics for the Solutions Architecture team.
• Support design and development of exemplary POCs and serve as escalation point for pre-sales technical issues.
• Align with GTM leaders to spot market trends and share insights with leadership and product teams.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product Engineering for joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Maintain strong internal relationships with Product and Engineering to voice customer and compliance needs.
