Job summary

Freshworks is seeking a Senior Solution Architect in the Americas. You will be a senior customer-facing leader combining solution architecture, executive consulting, and Professional Services leadership to guide customers from discovery through adoption and expansion.

You will mentor teams, navigate complex architectures, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product/Engineering to drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Professional Services, technology consulting, or enterprise SaaS delivery.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM/ESM (ITIL preferred).
• Experience guiding executive stakeholders and complex engagements from discovery to adoption.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, and senior stakeholders.
• Lead discovery and architecture engagements for scalable designs.
• Guide organizational change and technology adoption with governance and stakeholder alignment.
• Provide technical and consulting leadership through implementation and risk management.
• Mentor architects and establish Professional Services practices across the Americas.
• Escalation point for complex customer engagements across teams.
