KBR's Defense & Intel team seeks a Senior Solution Architect to drive technical strategy and design for government opportunities. You will shape requirements, lead technical volumes, and translate customer needs into winning solutions.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in Government, Defense, and Intelligence markets, supporting capture, proposals, and oral presentations, with strong collaboration across BD and engineering teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; 10+ years preferred.
Experience leading technical solutioning with business development and capture teams.
Background in defense and intelligence markets with DoD/IC exposure.

Responsibilities

Engage in customer shaping efforts, gather requirements, and support proposals.
Lead development of technical volumes for proposals and ensure RFP compliance.
Translate objectives into innovative technical solutions addressing mission challenges.
Develop system designs, roadmaps, and implementation plans for proposals.
Provide basis of estimates and respond to RFIs and market surveys.
