Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; minimum 10 years of prior experience.
• Ability to lead technical solutioning with BD and capture teams; experience in DoD/IC markets.

Responsibilities

• Engage in customer shaping efforts and requirements gathering.
• Lead development of technical volumes for proposals and ensure RFP compliance.
• Translate customer objectives into innovative technical solutions within cost and schedule constraints.
• Conduct market research and articulate differentiators and value propositions.
• Develop system designs, roadmaps, and implementation plans to support proposal efforts.
• Lead and write technical proposals, whitepapers, and other collateral.
