Qualifications

• Ability to define architecture landscapes, identify gaps, and deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Experience with Service Cloud, OmniStudio, and Public Sector (PSS).

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to the client and lead internal initiatives.
• Guide customers in rationalizing and deploying new technologies to drive business value.
• Lead discovery sessions, define business requirements, and write user stories.
• Present complex concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders and ensure adoption.
• Ensure programs stay on track and solutions are scalable and maintainable.
