Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation in Federal environments.
• 3-5+ years solutioning for Salesforce Government Cloud Plus, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce Service Cloud and Public Sector solution design and implementation.
• Develop solution architecture documents complying with Federal standards.
• Mentor and lead development teams and QA resources.
