Qualifications

• 5+ years leading enterprise projects using waterfall and agile methods.
• Extensive Salesforce configuration and customization experience.
• Ability to define architecture and map gaps to business outcomes.
• Experience leading discovery sessions and writing user stories.
• Proven skills in business process modeling and system design.
• Hands-on with Service Cloud, OmniStudio and Public Sector.
• Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.
• U.S. citizen and able to obtain MB I for Moderate Public Trust.
