Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to lead enterprise, multi-workstream engagements in the Public Sector. You will serve as a trusted advisor, shaping architecture, guiding discovery, and delivering scalable Salesforce-based solutions across state/local government, education, and NGOs.

Roles require hands-on experience with Service Cloud, OmniStudio, GovCloud, and a customer-centric mindset. Expect collaboration with Success and Product teams, stakeholder diplomacy, and some travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise-level project delivery in mixed waterfall/agile environments.
• Extensive Salesforce configuration and customization experience.
• Ability to define architecture landscapes and map current to desired end-states.
• Experience leading discovery, capturing requirements, and writing detailed designs.
• Hands-on with Service Cloud, OmniStudio, and Public Sector solutions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills across executive to technical audiences.
• Ability to travel up to ~25% as needed.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for public trust work.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, define business requirements, and craft comprehensive designs.
