Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise projects using waterfall and agile methods.
• Extensive Salesforce configuration and customization experience.
• Ability to define system architecture landscape and gap analysis.
• Experience leading discovery sessions and writing user stories.
• Hands-on experience with Service Cloud, OmniStudio and Public Sector (PSS).
• Strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to the client.
• Identify and lead internal initiatives to grow the consulting practice; contribute to the community’s knowledge base.
• Guide customers and colleagues in deploying new technologies that drive value.
