Job summary

Salesforce.com, inc. is seeking a Solution Architect for Global Public Sector engagements. You will lead one or more workstreams in complex enterprise customer programs, partner with stakeholders, define technical solutions, and ensure value delivery from Salesforce technologies.

The role requires 5+ years in enterprise projects, deep Salesforce configuration and customization, Service Cloud and OmniStudio experience, GovCloud familiarity, and strong presentation skills. Up to 25% travel; U.S.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience configuring and customizing Salesforce platform.
• Hands-on experience with Service Cloud, OmniStudio and Public Sector (PSS).
• Experience with Salesforce GovCloud or GovCloud Plus.
• U.S. citizen (or eligible) and able to complete a U.S. federal background investigation.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Experience leading discovery sessions and defining requirements.
