Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Solution Architect to provide architectural leadership across large, complex engagements within the Defense & National Security space.

You will partner with executives and delivery stakeholders to co-create and execute scalable, mission-aligned solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will lead presales and delivery, shaping engagements to position federal customers for long-term success as a trusted advisor, while enforcing best practices and delivering measurable

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience on the Salesforce Platform with measurable success.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration and architectural strategy to deliver target-state designs.
• Experience leading discovery sessions and writing detailed system designs.
• Experience documenting business processes and creating wireframes and diagrams.
• Strong presentation skills to convey points of view to diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to tailor materials to the audience.
• Great listener with ability to connect with people across roles.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted client advisor and lead strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice.
• Guide rationalization and deployment of emerging technologies to increase business value.
• Collaborate with client and internal teams, teaching complex concepts clearly.
