Salesforce Professional Services is hiring Solution Architects to join the Missionforce team. As a Solution Architect, you will provide architectural leadership across large engagements and partner with executives to co-create and execute solution visions for our most complex customers in the Defense & National Security space.

The Solution Architect/Senior Solution Architect is a dual-impact leader across presales and delivery, shaping engagements for federal customers, driving architecture

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise architecture or Salesforce consulting experience across full life cycle.
• Active Secret, TS or TS/SCI clearance.
• Expert Salesforce configuration and architectural strategy to close capability gaps and deliver mission outcomes.
• Experience leading discovery, writing user stories, and detailing designs.
• Experience documenting business processes with UML and process flow diagrams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent listening and collaborative, problem-solving abilities.
• Public sector digital transformation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client.
• Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice.
• Guide customers in deploying emerging technologies to drive business value.
• Communicate clearly across levels, teaching complex concepts.
