Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting on the Salesforce Platform throughout the full life cycle.
• Expert in Salesforce configuration and architectural strategy, translating complexity into target-state designs.
• Experience leading discovery sessions, writing user stories, and providing detailed designs.
• Proven ability to document processes and create system designs using UML and diagrams.
• Strong presentation skills; able to articulate rationale to diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of tailoring materials to the audience.
• Ability to connect with people in diverse roles and work with cross-functional teams.
• Creative and resourceful thinker who solves complex problems.
