Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Solution Architect to lead architecture across large, complex federal engagements within the Missionforce team. You will shape scope and deliver scalable, mission-aligned Salesforce solutions partnering with executives and delivery teams.

The role blends presales and delivery, requiring deep Salesforce expertise, enterprise architecture, and strong communication. You will guide risk management, client expectations, and ensure secure, extensible designs for

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience on the Salesforce Platform.
• Expert in Salesforce configuration and architectural strategy, translating current-state complexity into clear target-state designs.
• Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories and providing detailed system and functional designs.
• Experience in documenting business processes and wire-framing system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML, sequence diagrams, etc.
• Strong presentation skills; able to effectively present a point of view to a variety of stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; able to develop materials for the audience.
• Citizenship and ability to obtain U.S. government security clearance required.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client.
• Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice; contribute to the knowledge base.
• Guide customers in deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively across client organization to teach complex concepts.
• Identify and proactively manage risk areas and drive issues to resolution.
• Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions with customer and partners.
• Review and direct project direction to ensure programs stay on track and solutions stay maintainable.
• Drive a program vision and enable Salesforce technologies across engagements.
