Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to provide architectural leadership across large, complex engagements in the Defense & National Security space, with a strong focus on the Salesforce Platform.

You will lead discovery, define requirements, craft target-state designs, and guide customers and delivery teams from solutioning through execution, ensuring mission-critical programs deliver measurable outcomes and scalable, maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience on the Salesforce Platform throughout the full lifecycle.
• Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories and providing detailed system and functional designs.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts to varied stakeholders.
• Experience documenting business processes and designing future-state processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client and project team.
• Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice.
• Guide customers in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive business value.
• Proactively manage risk and ensure program direction stays on track with scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Drive program vision and articulate project strategies across technologies including Salesforce.
