Salesforce seeks a Solution Architect to provide architectural leadership across large, complex federal engagements, partnering with executive and delivery stakeholders to shape scalable, mission-aligned solutions within the Defense & National Security space.

You will drive architectural strategy from initial solutioning through delivery, ensure integrity and alignment, mentor teams, and uphold the Professional Services Methodology while delivering measurable outcomes for trusted government

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting on the Salesforce Platform with proven success.
• Expert in Salesforce configuration and architectural strategy, translating complexity into clear target-state designs.
• Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories and designing systems.
• Background check and U.S. government security clearance requirement; U.S. citizenship needed.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client.
• Lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice.
• Guide customers in deploying emerging technologies that drive business value.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly across client organizations; teach and prescriptively guide solutions.
• Identify and manage risk areas and drive issue resolution.
• Negotiate solutions with customers and third-party partners.
• Review project direction and ensure solutions are extendable and maintainable.
• Drive program vision and advise on Salesforce platform strategies.
