You will act as a strategic advisor and platform expert for large, complex Federal clients in Defense & National Security, providing technical oversight and leadership through presales and delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years enterprise architecture or consulting experience on the Salesforce Platform.
• Strong application design skills with data, integration, and security architecture.
• Strong presentation skills; able to present and defend complex points of view.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to tailor materials for diverse audiences.
• Great listener with ability to connect with people in diverse roles.
• Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
• Resourceful and innovative thinker who can solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client.
• Identify and lead internal initiatives to grow the consulting practice; contribute to the community's knowledge base.
• Guide customers and colleagues in deploying emerging technologies to drive business value.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to teach complex concepts and prescriptive thinking.
• Identify and manage risk areas; drive issues to resolution.
• Review and steer project direction and artifacts to keep programs on track and extensible.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers and Solution Architects to meet client needs.
• Contribute to program strategy and enable technologies including the Salesforce Platform.
