Job summary

Celerity Consulting Group is seeking a Solution Architect with 10+ years of FSM experience in the utilities/energy sectors. You will lead design and implementation of FSM solutions, mentor a high-performing team, and ensure architectures meet client requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities include defining integration blueprints, guiding cross-functional teams, and staying ahead of emerging FSM and cloud trends. Remote-friendly with light travel, salary $165,000–$185,000 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in implementing Field Service Management or similar solutions, with a significant focus on the utilities and energy industries.
• Proven track record of leading complex FSM implementations, and integrating with existing technology stack (ERP, CRM, CIS, BI, Datawarehouse, etc.).
• Experience with development of Web-based business applications, using XML, JSON, HTML 5, Angular JS, etc.
• Experience with cloud-based FSM platforms (Salesforce Field Service, Oracle Field Service, ServiceNow FSM, Click)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of comprehensive FSM solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients in the utilities and energy sectors.
• Develop detailed architectural blueprints that outline system integrations, data flows, and technical specifications.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight during the implementation of FSM solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural designs and project timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure cohesive and efficient project delivery.
