Job summary

Celerity is seeking an experienced Technical Analyst to support a complex FSM platform implementation for a utilities client. This role translates business requirements into technical specs, supports configuration, and ensures delivery, testing, and successful go‑live.

You will collaborate with a cross‑functional team including the Technical Project Manager, Solution Architect, Product Developers, and Product Solution Architects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a Technical Analyst or systems delivery role.
• Hands-on FSM platform implementation or support experience.
• Experience in utilities industry preferred.
• Full implementation lifecycle experience.
• Proficiency with APIs, data mapping, and SQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document detailed technical and functional requirements for FSM.
• Translate requirements into technical specs, design documents, and user stories.
• Support configuration of scheduling rules, work orders, and mobile workflows.
• Lead or support SIT, UAT, and regression testing cycles.
• Collaborate with PM, architects, and developers to ensure alignment.
• Support data migration and system integrations.
