Job summary

Celerity in Walnut Creek, CA, is seeking an experienced Technical Analyst to support a complex FSM platform implementation for a utilities client. You will translate business needs into technical specs, configure the FSM solution, and ensure thorough testing and successful delivery.

You will collaborate with the Technical PM, Solution Architects, and Product Dev teams, participate in design workshops, data mapping, and integration efforts while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical delivery roles within enterprise software implementations.
• Hands-on FSM or workforce management platform experience.
• Experience in utilities sector and field operations.
• Experience across requirements, design, configuration/build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document detailed technical and functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, configuration workbooks, user stories, and functional design documents.
• Conduct gap analysis between FSM capabilities and client requirements.
• Support design, data mapping, and integration requirements.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and coordinate SIT/UAT/regression testing.
