Job summary

Based in Walnut Creek, CA, Celerity seeks an experienced Technical Analyst to support a complex FSM platform implementation for a utilities client. You will translate business needs into technical specifications, assist with configuration, and ensure a thorough validation through testing and hypercare.

Collaboration with PMs, architects, and developers is essential. The role covers requirements gathering, design validation, data migration, and ongoing documentation throughout the project

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a Technical Analyst/Systems Analyst delivery role.
• Hands-on FSM platform experience.
• Experience in utilities sector with field operations or asset management systems.
• Proven full lifecycle delivery: requirements gathering to go-live and hypercare.
• Experience in consulting/SI environments.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Knowledge of APIs, data mapping, and ETL; SQL proficiency.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar defect tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document technical and functional requirements for FSM platform implementations.
• Translate requirements into technical specs, workbooks, user stories, and design documents.
• Conduct gap analysis between out-of-the-box FSM capabilities and client needs.
• Support solution design, data mapping, and integration requirements.
