Job summary

Celerity Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Solution Architect with 10+ years in Field Service Management, focusing on utilities and energy sectors. Lead design and implementation of FSM solutions, build architectural blueprints, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver excellence for clients.

The role includes engaging with clients, translating requirements into technical designs, and ensuring scalable, secure deployments aligned with industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in implementing Field Service Management or similar solutions in utilities/energy.
• Proven leadership of FSM implementations and integration with ERP/CRM/BI stacks.
• Experience with Web apps: XML, JSON, HTML5, AngularJS.
• Cloud FSM platforms and multi-cloud architecture familiarity.
• Agile or hybrid delivery with strong client communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of FSM solutions tailored to utilities/energy clients.
• Develop architectural blueprints with data flows and integrations.
• Guide implementation, ensure security, scalability, and standards.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing FSM team.
