Job summary

Matillion, a leader in AI Data Automation, seeks a technical specialist to engage enterprise customers in the US. You will diagnose needs, validate solution fit, and drive onboarding and growth of Matillion solutions within customer data stacks.

This role combines technical depth with stakeholder-facing activities to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to collect feedback, promote best practices, and represent Matillion at industry

Qualifications

Experience working with enterprise customers in a technical role (Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar).
Strong knowledge of cloud data platforms and data integration concepts.
Deep understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
Hands-on problem solving with integration technologies (APIs, Linux, SQL).

Responsibilities

Diagnose technical and business pain, confirming root causes and outcomes.
Engage stakeholders to map future state to success metrics.
Lead workshops/trials/POCs to validate solution fit.
Guide customers to integrate Matillion solutions into their data stacks during trials.
Support credit sizing estimates and technical aspects of engagements.
Maintain customer engagement and drive platform adoption.
