Enel North America, Inc. is seeking a Solar Site Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead the local execution, direction and control of assets across projects.

You will manage budgets, safety, regulatory compliance, KPI tracking, and cross-functional coordination with planning, engineering and procurement to maximize reliability and profitability. The role requires 8+ years in operations/construction, an engineering degree, and CMPRP/ NFPA70E readiness.

Formación

• 8+ years of operations and maintenance or construction experience; Engineering degree preferred.
• CMRP certification required or to be obtained within 6–12 months of hire.
• NFPA 70E trained or willing to obtain training.
• Experience with SAP, SAP PM, and Power BI.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operation of all assets within regulatory guidelines.
• Lead safety, environmental and KPI reporting (MTD/YTD).
• Manage budgets, schedules and capex/opex items for the region.
• Coordinate maintenance planning and real‑time work order scheduling.
• Interface with engineering, procurement, and planning to optimize performance.
• Support outages, performance improvements and capital projects.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required (50%).
