Job summary

Carolina Solar Services, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the operations and maintenance of solar facilities in the Charlotte region. You will ensure safe, timely completion of all service obligations and supervise a team of field technicians, including training and QA/QC activities.

Responsibilities include planning preventive maintenance, coordinating work orders, managing subcontractors, and maintaining safety standards while optimizing resources and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in utility solar PV.
• 3 years of service or project-oriented management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6-10 field technicians, promoting safety and quality customer service.
• Oversee service obligations with on-time deliverables and strong customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate emergency response with 365-day coverage and monthly on-call rotation.
• Create, schedule, assign, review, and approve work orders for all regional sites.
