Job summary

Carolina Solar Services, LLC in Columbia, SC seeks a Regional Manager to lead the operations and maintenance of solar facilities in the region. You will direct a field workforce, ensure safety and quality, and deliver service obligations on schedule.

Responsibilities include training, QA/QC, scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, emergency response, and continuous improvement of O&M practices. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and technical solar knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in utility solar PV.
• 3+ years of service or project-oriented management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of field technicians and model safety and service values.
• Manage service obligations to ensure on-time delivery and quality service.
• Coordinate emergency response and participate in a monthly on-call rotation.
• Create, schedule, review, and approve daily work orders for all sites and equipment in the region.
• Oversee procurement of parts and equipment and manage budget.
