Job summary

Qcells North America is seeking a Sr. Sales and Operations Specialist to lead S&OP planning and drive manufacturing and sales alignment. You will manage PO/AR, invoices, and payments while coordinating with Sales, Production and Logistics to optimize supply chain efficiency.

The role requires strong data analysis, advanced Excel skills, and excellent communication. Candidates with SAP experience and a willingness to work in a dynamic team environment will thrive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills with diverse teams.

• Robust Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, shipment timelines, and delivery schedules to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Manage accounts receivable to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Meticulously handle monthly sales transactions, issue invoices, and administer payments.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages or surpluses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Logistics to optimize S&OP processes.
• Act as liaison between Sales, Production and Logistics to ensure coordination.
• Leverage best practices to enhance S&OP activities.
