Responsibilities

• Collaborate with factories and Korea to develop production plans.
• Monitor changes and align production indices (cycle time, productivity).
• Conduct daily/monthly variance analysis and propose action plans.
• Compile CAPEX data and analyze deviations; provide insights.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities to maintain competitive pricing.
• Evaluate economic benefits of new manufacturing technologies and automation.
• Resolve day-to-day production/cost/budget issues and support operations.
