Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, operations, or related field.
• 7+ years of planning experience across demand, supply, and inventory.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end planning and order lifecycle.
• Advanced Excel skills for large datasets, modeling, reconciliation, data validation and variance identification.

Responsibilities

• Own planning across products and horizons, align forecasts with demand, inventory, and capacity.
• Guide allocation decisions based on customer commitments and supply availability; manage aging inventory.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into executive-ready recommendations.
• Lead ERP/CRM processes and drive improvements in tools, controls, and reporting.
