Job summary

Sungrow North America is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to support service commercial operations in a hybrid Houston-based role. You will handle PO execution, contract workflows, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain.

The ideal candidate has inside sales or sales ops experience, strong process skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, sales operations, or sales process management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint).
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders and support order execution activities.
• Coordinate with Service Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Contract Management to facilitate timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and order data in CRM and CLM systems.
• Support quote generation, lead-time confirmations, and customer inquiries.
• Track order status and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with invoice tracking and resolution of administrative issues.
• Prepare reports, trackers, and sales operation metrics as required.
• Develop, maintain, and improve SOPs and business processes.
• Provide general administrative support to the Service Commercial team.
