Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS seeks an entry‑level Planning Specialist to analyze production KPIs for global factories, including the U.S., Korea, and Malaysia. You will collaborate across facilities to develop production plans, monitor changes, and identify efficiency improvements, CAPEX implications, and cost-saving opportunities.

You will support data-driven decisions, working in a team and delivering under tight deadlines while gaining hands-on experience in the solar value chain from ingot to module.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Fluency in Korean with ability to communicate with management.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to visualize data.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for complex models.
• Thrives in a team environment.
• Accountable with outstanding organizational aptitude.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and facilitate production KPIs of global factories.
• Collaborate with factories and Korea to develop production plans.
• Monitor internal/external changes and align production indices.
• Conduct daily/monthly production variance analysis and develop plans.
• Compile CAPEX data and analyze deviations; provide actionable insights.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Assess economic advantages of new manufacturing technologies and digital tools.
• Resolve day-to-day production/cost/budget issues.
• Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned.
