Job summary

Imperial Star Solar in New York seeks a Sales Manager to expand our North American footprint. You will identify new opportunities, manage strategic customer relationships, and drive revenue across utility-scale, commercial & industrial, community solar, and distributed generation markets, reporting to the Executive Vice President – U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the U.S. solar industry.
• Proven track record of generating new business and closing complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across the U.S. solar market.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline and strategic relationships with developers, EPCs, distributors, utilities, and IPPs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
