Job summary

Illuminate USA is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across the Eastern United States. You will develop regional strategies, cultivate relationships with solar developers, EPCs, utilities, and distributors, and manage end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to contract execution.

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you will travel regularly, build a robust funnel, and contribute to a high-growth, collaborative, and outcomes-driven team focused on expanding solar module sales and

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple pipelines and forecast reliably.
• Experience selling solar modules or in renewable energy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional East Coast sales strategy aligned with revenue, volume, and profitability goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with solar developers, EPCs, utilities, and distributors.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure and forecasting.
