Job summary

Enel North America, Inc. is seeking a Lead Solar Technician to join the Operations & Maintenance team in Union City, TN. You will oversee asset operations, safety compliance, and KPI reporting while driving capital projects and maintenance plans across the regional fleet.

The role requires 8+ years of related experience, a BS in Engineering preferred, and a CMRP certification within 12 months. Domestic/international travel up to 50% is expected, with strong collaboration across engineering,

Qualifications

8+ years of operations and maintenance or construction experience.
CMRP certification required to be obtained within 1 year of hire.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work off hours and travel up to 50% (domestic/international).

Responsibilities

Ensure operation of all assigned assets within regulatory guidelines.
Implement safety policies across assets with support of HSEQ.
Review and report monthly KPI (MTD/YTD) for assets: production, energy availability, Opex/Capex.
Manage execution of plant activities from planners via scheduled work orders.
Oversee budget and schedule for projects in the region (Opex/Capex/Improvements).
Coordinate maintenance planning and real-time work orders with the maintenance planner.
