Job summary

Enel North America Inc. seeks a Project Manager to join the Engineering & Construction team to lead complex power- generation projects from charter through handover to operations and financing partners.

You will coordinate a broad set of resources, manage budgets and schedules, and report progress to senior leadership while supporting due diligence and investment material preparation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years engineering and construction experience in power generation, renewable energy, or large industrial facilities.
• 2+ years' experience managing personnel on a project team.
• PMI certification or equivalent.
• Experience with cash flow, financial modeling, taxes, and budgets.
• Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Italian a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from approved charter to handover to operations, maintenance, and financing partners.
• Prepare and update project management plan including schedule, budget, procurement, and risk plans.
• Coordinate resources across engineering, procurement, safety, legal, and regulatory units.
• Manage deviations to achieve project goals and risk mitigation.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders to minimize conflicts.
• Report project status to EGP NA E&C VP and Top Management; support due diligence and investment memos.
• Coordinate handovers with regional business development and customers; assist in planning and scheduling.
• Oversee procurement support, vendor relations, and contract management with Expediting & Logistic units.
