Zusammenfassung

Baker Hughes Cordant Solutions is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for software solutions within the Cordant platform. You will engage with C-suite leaders and enterprise customers to promote Asset Performance Management, Process Optimization, and Energy Management capabilities.

You will own strategic account plans, drive sales, and coordinate across product teams to grow market share and deliver ROI through digital transformation with our SaaS offerings.

Qualifikationen

• Have a BS degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Have more than 5 years of software sales experience and delivering business results.
• Have experience in selling SaaS solutions.
• Possess knowledge of the Asset Performance Management space and/or Process Optimization.
• Possess knowledge of the financial, competitor, and regulatory environment.
• Have experience with long term planning of resources, technology and account structure.
• Have established experience in large and key Account Management.

Aufgaben

• Engage with C-level and key customer personas to promote the Cordant Solutions portfolio.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor and Customer Champion, establishing partner relationships with key clients.
• Develop, own and drive strategic account plans for named key accounts.
• Introduce technical sales representatives and sales support teams for deep technical dives and understanding of the solutions.
• Lead efforts to establish and expand market share, own pipeline planning, creation and maintenance.
• Support regional software sales leader with developing and executing sales strategies relevant to the market.
• Work with leaders across the organization to develop growth strategies across product offerings with complex and enterprise customers.
