Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect to shape and deliver enterprise architectures that optimize asset reliability and performance. You will integrate ASM, reliability engineering, and analytics into ERP/EAM ecosystems while collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers.

You will lead solution design, guide workshops, and drive architecture reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or solution design for asset management and reliability.
• Expertise in ASM frameworks, reliability engineering, and EAM systems (SAP, Maximo, etc.).
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and integration technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Asset certs like CMRP, CRL, AMP, ISO55000 are assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales technical engagements with prospecting customers to discover needs aligned to BH offerings.
• Support RFI/Q/P responses from a technical viewpoint.
• Design and implement enterprise architectures for ASM and reliability programs.
