Baker Hughes Cordant Solutions is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for Software Sales to lead strategy, sales, and activation of mapped accounts for the Cordant Enterprise Software platform. You will engage with C-level executives to articulate the ROI of Asset Performance Management, Process Optimization, and Energy Management solutions, driving SaaS adoption across enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Have a BS degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Have more than 5 years of software sales experience and delivering business results.
• Have experience in selling SaaS solutions.
• Possess knowledge of the Asset Performance Management space and/or Process Optimization.
• Possess knowledge of the financial, competitor, and regulatory environment.
• Have experience with long term planning of resources, technology and account structure.
• Have established experience in large and key Account Management.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with C-level and key customer personas to promote the Cordant Solutions portfolio.
• Being a Trusted Advisor and Customer Champion, establishing partnership relationships with key clients.
• Developing, owning and driving strategic account plans for named key accounts.
• Introducing technical sales representatives and sales support teams for deep technical dives and understanding of the solutions.
• Leading efforts to establish and expand market share, own pipeline planning, creation and maintenance.
• Supporting regional software sales leader with developing and executing sales strategies relevant to the market.
• Working with leaders across the organization to develop growth strategies across product offerings with complex and enterprise customers.
