Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Sales in Albany/NY to originate and advance software opportunities within an assigned territory, working with client teams and partners to build pipeline and close deals. You will guide discovery, qualify opportunities, and contribute to account planning across mid-market to enterprise accounts.

The role requires 8+ years in enterprise software sales, a track record of quota attainment, and experience with AI-native software.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales.
• 8+ years experience selling software solutions to large enterprises; familiarity with SaaS, license and managed service models.
• Proven track record achieving and exceeding quotas.
• Minimum 6 months of demonstrated experience selling AI-native software products.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Originate and advance software opportunities within assigned territory and product scope.
• Manage personal pipeline and keep CRM updated.
• Prepare tailored value propositions and commercial proposals for mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Coordinate pre-sales and product resources throughout the sales cycle.
• Support contract negotiation and own commercial input for smaller/renewal deals.
• Attend industry events and log leads in CRM.
