Accenture PLC seeks an Associate Director, Software Sales to own revenue for a product cluster and geography, leading complex enterprise cycles from origination to close with client teams and partners.

You will manage a small sales team, coordinate pre-sales resources, and shape pricing and go-to-market strategy while engaging CFOs, COOs and other senior buyers to drive renewals and growth across licenses, SaaS, and direct services.

Formación

• 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles and engage C-suite buyers.
• Experience with SaaS, licenses and managed services models.
• Comfort leading small teams and coordinating cross-functional resources.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive annual software sales targets (TCV) for assigned clusters and markets.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from origination to close, coordinating with client teams and partners.
• Coordinate pre-sales resources, pricing discussions and go-to-market activities.
• Manage and coach a small team to achieve revenue targets and pipeline health.
