Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Associate Director, Software Sales to own end-to-end revenue for an assigned product cluster and geography. You will lead complex enterprise sales cycles from origination through close, working closely with Accenture client account teams and partners to position and sell our proprietary software portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales.
• 8+ years experience selling software solutions to large enterprises; familiarity with SaaS, license, and managed service models.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end revenue targets for assigned product cluster and geography.
• Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles from origination through close with C-suite buyers.
• Coordinate pre-sales resources and internal specialists to accelerate pipeline velocity.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies including pricing, packaging and market segmentation.
• Engage with partners and channels for origination and co-selling opportunities.
• Provide day-to-day direction to a small sales team (2–4 people) and ensure cohesive revenue focus.
• Maintain accurate deal data in the CRM and produce weekly pipeline/forecast reports.
