Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter for its Emerging Talent Recruiting team. Based in Costa Mesa, CA, you will independently drive talent strategies for Hardware and Software groups, shaping long-term talent plans.

You will collaborate with leaders and contributors to define hiring needs and execute with autonomy. You will own university recruiting initiatives, travel to campuses and events as needed, and partner with program managers,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in university recruiting and tech.
• Leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a focus on stakeholder alignment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of influencing organizational best practices.
• Ability to travel to execute university recruiting trips and events as needed

Responsibilities

• Operate autonomously as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring across Emerging Talent in Hardware.
• Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting techniques, tools, and automation to continuously improve candidate management and data extraction processes.
• Collaborate closely with the emerging talent team, program managers, coordinators, hiring managers, and senior leadership to shape recruitment strategy and guide process improvements.
• Leverage university recruiting knowledge and trends related to hiring.
• Execute university recruiting trips and events as needed.
• Own and execute pipeline direction, driving results through metrics-based measurement, including sourcing outreach and offer/close rates.
