Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join the Emerging Talent Recruiting team, focusing on hardware and software needs. Based in Costa Mesa, CA, you will work autonomously as a subject matter expert to recruit top-tier talent and shape long-term talent strategy.

You will collaborate with leaders and contributors to define hiring needs and execute a strategic plan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in university recruiting and tech.
• Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a focus on strategic stakeholder alignment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of influencing organizational best practices.
• Ability to travel to execute university recruiting trips and events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate autonomously as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring across Emerging Talent in Hardware.
• Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting techniques and automation to improve candidate management.
• Collaborate with emerging talent team, program managers, coordinators, hiring managers, and leadership to shape recruitment strategy.
• Leverage knowledge of university recruiting trends related to hiring.
• Execute university recruiting trips and events as needed.
• Own and execute pipeline direction with metrics-based measurement including sourcing/outreach and offer/close rates.
• Manage hiring execution to meet goals for multiple teams and communicate priorities.
