SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Software QA and Support Engineer to join our Software Engineering Team.

This role focuses on testing our custom software for utility-scale construction management, data monitoring, analytics, and reporting, with a mix of remote work or hybrid presence in San Diego, CA or Bend, Oregon. You will collaborate with developers and product teams, write test cases, drive automation, and handle first-line support.

Qualificações

• Experience testing software applications and validating features against requirements.
• Experience writing automated tests in TypeScript or Python.
• Ability to coordinate with internal and external teams and manage test plans.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve expert understanding of the custom software system features and integrations.
• Prioritize and manage testing work using Jira and release timelines.
• Write comprehensive test cases and coordinate functional, regression, and ad-hoc testing.
• Identify opportunities to improve testing through automation and AI.
• Provide first-line support and triage for customers, with clear bug reports.
• Monitor ticket records and contribute to process improvements.
