Qualificações

• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience writing automated tests for TypeScript or Python code bases.
• 5+ years of software QA testing.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve expert understanding of our software features, integrations, and usage.
• Prioritize and manage testing work using Jira, team tools, and release timelines.
• Write comprehensive test cases to cover functional scenarios.
• Identify opportunities to improve testing through automation and AI.
• Provide front-line and second-tier support for our software; document bugs clearly.
• Monitor tickets and contribute to process and product improvements.
