Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer-facing project management roles in SaaS or software delivery.
- Experience delivering complex software implementations, preferably in supply chain/logistics.
- Proven ability to manage risks, budgets, and multiple stakeholders across global teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project lifecycle from post-sale handover to Go-Live and Hypercare.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables aligned with customer needs.
- Lead governance, status tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communications at all levels.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Solutions Architects, Engineering, Product, Support) to ensure smooth delivery.
- Drive Go-Live readiness, cutover coordination, and post-launch validation.
