Responsibilities

• Lead the customer implementation from kickoff through handoff and go-live.
• Translate requirements into an outcomes-based plan with milestones and ownership.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and cross-functional commitments across concurrent implementations.
• Drive readiness, adoption, training, and change management for successful launches.
• Execute closeout artifacts and after-action reviews to improve practices.
